About the Role

We're looking for a driven Account Executive to lead our global B2B direct sales efforts. In this role, you'll manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery through close, focusing on mid-market and enterprise organizations across various industries, including manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and government. You won't be working in isolation: you'll be supported by an Inside Sales Representative who qualifies leads, a Sales Engineer who handles technical storytelling and demos, and a Domain Expert with deep experience in asset management and field operations. This collaborative structure enables you to focus on strategy, stakeholder engagement, and deal closure, while leveraging specialized team expertise to enhance every sales interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a qualified sales pipeline through the complete cycle: discovery, business case development, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Partner with the Inside Sales Representative and subject matter expert (SME) to drive momentum and eliminate friction during the buying process
  • Work with the Sales Engineer and Domain Expert to tailor demos, proposals, and RFPs to industry-specific needs
  • Clearly articulate the ROI and operational benefits of our products within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem
  • Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across operations, maintenance, IT, and finance
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within our CRM (Dynamics 365)
  • Share insights from customers and the market to inform product development, content creation, and go-to-market strategies
  • Represent Verosoft in virtual calls, product demos, webinars, and sector-specific events

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, preferably in ERP, EAM, CMMS, PIM, or other complex operational software
  • Demonstrated success selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts with ACVs ranging from $25K–$150K+ and long deal cycles
  • Proficient in solution selling and uncovering business drivers across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead commercial conversations and collaborate with technical and domain experts to shape compelling, context-specific value propositions
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, cross-functional environments
  • Fluency in English is required; French is considered an asset
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage
